Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Scan Spark: PDF Reader, Sign provided by Andrii Dzhuryn. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or internal business document workflows.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Some features require a paid subscription.
- Purchases are billed by Apple via your Apple ID.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple policies.
- Restore Purchases is available for previously bought subscriptions.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of documents and content you scan or create. You are responsible for ensuring you have all required rights/permissions for the content you process.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service
- Circumvent subscription or security controls
6. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may release updates to improve quality, security, and compatibility.
7. Third-Party Services
The App may rely on third-party platforms/services (e.g., Apple, RevenueCat, analytics providers). Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights in the App (excluding your content) are owned by the Company and its licensors. No rights are granted except as explicitly stated in these Terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the App, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Your continued use after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
