By downloading, accessing, or using Morph: Breath & Focus, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
App Description
Morph: Breath & Focus is a wellness app designed for breathing exercises, focus support, ambient sound, relaxation, and personal routine building.
The app is intended for general wellness and daily use. Features may change over time as we improve the app.
No Medical or Health Advice
Morph: Breath & Focus is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. The app is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
Any breathing guidance, focus guidance, or relaxation content is for general wellness only. If you have a medical or mental health concern, please consult a qualified professional.
Subscriptions and Premium Features
Some features may require a paid subscription. Premium access, plan names, and feature availability may be shown in the app or on the App Store at the time of purchase.
We use Apple App Store / StoreKit and RevenueCat to manage subscription access and entitlement status.
Free Trials if Offered
A free trial may be offered for certain plans if shown in the app. Trial availability, length, and eligibility can vary by plan and by account.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable and allowed by law.
Billing and Auto-Renewal
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple Account settings.
- Pricing, billing period, and plan details are shown in the app and/or in the App Store at the time of purchase.
Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time in Apple Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless Apple states otherwise.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple where applicable. We do not control Apple’s refund decisions, timelines, or eligibility rules.
Restore Purchases
If you have previously purchased a subscription, you can use the restore purchases option in the app to refresh entitlement access on a new device or after reinstalling the app.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- misuse the app or interfere with its normal operation;
- attempt to bypass payment, entitlement, or access controls;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app except where law allows it;
- use the app for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes;
- submit false or misleading information in the app.
Intellectual Property
The app, including its design, branding, software, audio, visuals, text, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law.
You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use under these Terms.
Availability and Changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors.
Disclaimer
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee any specific wellness, sleep, focus, anxiety, stress, or productivity outcome.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
Privacy
Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you in the app or by updating the date on this page. Your continued use of the app after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
